It includes double walled insulated panels to make preciser temperature control not only possible, but easy too. This smoker is ideal for smoking food at lower temperatures up to 90 degrees.
A thermostatically controlled electric heating element is included.
The insulated structure enables a steady even temperature to be maintained even when the outside temperature is close to freezing which is essential for winter use.
It comes complete with hooks, suspending rods, thermometer and a 500g bag of Beech Smoking Wood Sawdust.
NB: No expensive bespoke bisquettes/sawdust required with our smokers - you can even source your own local hardwood sawdust/chips. Some competitor smokers restrict use to their own smoking bisquettes - ours don't!
