Galvanised Steel

This Food Smoker represents exceptional value for money. Previously known as our Large Box Meat & Fish Smoker, this cabinet smoker is a firm favourite and just so versatile.

If you plan on smoking considerable quantities of meat or fish and you're a bit of a purist (prefer no electric element) or your budget won't stretch to our professional smoker then this is the smoker for you. You can smoke up to 70 fish, pieces of meat, vegetables or cheese at a time.

This simple but effective food smoker is fuelled with charcoal and/or sawdust packed into the removable firebox at the bottom. The sawdust is best lit with a blowtorch or hot air gun and flames dampened down with water spray.

See Lighting your fish smoker for hints and tips.

NB: No expensive bespoke bisquettes/sawdust required with our smokers - you can even source your own local hardwood sawdust/chips. Some competitor smokers restrict use to their own smoking bisquettes - ours don't!

This smoker comes with a range of hooks and baskets for the convenient handling of all sorts and sizes of meat and fish.
