The cold smoking accessory is ideal for food such as fish, sausage, bacon, eggs or cheese to refine by classic cold smoking.

This cold smoking device is suitable for a smoking time of 10 hours. Cold smoking takes place at temperatures below 32 ° C. With this device, you can also produce smoke during hot smoking, which improves the smoking flavour.

Instructions:

The cold smoking accessory is filled with the sawdust. Then use a tea light and now light the Sawdust for about a minute. Then the tea light needs to be removed again. From now on, the smoking sawdust will burn through the device for the next 10 hours or so. Please note that the burning time may vary when using other types of smoking meats. Please note during application that the glowing embers are very hot!
