We aim to deliver standard items to the UK, Ireland and the rest of the EU within 10 working days. Delivery anywhere within the UK is FREE. For orders of 10+ units please email us to discuss your requirements.

Welcome to (“We, “Us” or “Outdoorcook”). Please note that You, (“You” and “Your”) as a purchaser of Products made available through Outdoorcook (“Products”) and Your use of products provided by Outdoorcook is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

Payment Methods

Outdoorcook accepts most major credit and debit cards. We employ the services of Paypal to receive your payment and to ensure the best security of your details.

Order Confirmation

Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail.


If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we aim to notify you within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.


Items are delivered by courier. Delivery within 10 working days is normally available for standard products, but it may take longer. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.

Refund Policy

You can always return items if they are defective. We check every product before despatch and consequently errors are very few. If you discover a fault with one of our products please email or call us to discuss the nature of your concern within 5 days of accepting delivery.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you are entitled to a seven working day cooling-off period in which time you can cancel your order in writing and return the unopened goods to receive a full refund. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to us will be met by you the customer.

After this period, items can be returned within 30 days of the sale as part of our money back scheme. You are responsible for the cost and safe, efficient method of returning the goods. If goods are returned in a damaged condition no refund will be made. Please make sure items are returned to us clean. Please be aware that bespoke configurations are not refundable.

Sale of Goods

All Products are believed by Outdoorcook to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to us immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by outdoorcook in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Us. The liability of Outdoorcook will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded. Please read all instructions and product data sheets carefully.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. 
It may be possible to send You from time to time, details of other goods or services We provide. Please let us know if you don’t want to receive any extra information from us. We endeavor to protect the information You provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place. 
We use secure services from Paypal to receive payments.
